Ndalamo led the 2023 SRC through a year of genuine learner-voice initiatives — including weekly principal-SRC catch-ups and a buddy-programme connecting Grade 7 learners with younger phases.

His leadership was recognised at speech day with the Leadership Excellence Award. He is currently in Grade 8 on a full high-school scholarship.
